CFLs save energy. But how much will you save on your electric bill? Quick rules of thumb:
- You need roughly one quarter (1/4th) the watts for the same amount of light
- The higher the wattage bulb you're replacing the more you'll save
- Saving over $10 for every $1 you spend on CFLs is easy
