Quick and Easy Start-up

First of all this is YOUR fundraiser. We just help. The first step is setting up a custom page just for you. Your school or group's web page can be set up in a day. Maybe longer if you'd like to customize it extensively. This page is where your friends and families will go to learn about the CFL fundraiser and start saving energy by installing energy saving CFLs. A little bit of education goes a long ways. We can customize it as much as you'd like with logos, pictures, and your school's or group's specific information. See an example to the right.

We provide a unique link that you can put on your site, in emails, etc. For example, for ABC Elementary the link might be "www.MySchoolLights.com/pages/ABC-Elementary." This makes linking to your CFL fundraiser simple and easy. And easy for everyone to remember.

Easy to Run

You do the marketing and we do the rest. Marketing includes adding a link to your web site and any other relevant sites. For example, if your group is affiliated with a school it helps to have a link on the school site, too. Together we'll put together a brief press release. If you forward this to local media (newspapers, local event web site, the local Patch.com news site, etc.) it increases awareness in your community and helps boost sales. Last you need to announce the CFL fundraiser to your supporters/members. We prefer emails because they're eco-friendly. Following up with phone calls never hurts to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of the program.

Of course, it all starts with setting a good example. Your orders help prime the pump. Sharing your experience with your friends and family on how easy it is to order and how much you'll save on your electric bill helps prove the value of your CFL fundraiser. We can even include testimonials on your school's landing page.

Monthly Reporting

Every month you'll get a report on sales attributed to your fundraiser. It's important that they visit your group's landing page first to enable proper tracking of your orders. But once they do they'll start saving on their electric bills and you'll start earning funds to support your important projects or causes.
